Yeah my eyebrows were raised when I saw they were going for ANOTHER cap raising so soon after the last one, but I look at this way - this could be a once in a generation opportunity (and INA obviously believe it is).
There will be short-term dilution but the yields on these properties are impressive. Might as well snap them up while they can.
I have not only decided to take up my allocation in full but may look to buy a few more before the ex-date, if the SP cooperates. At the moment it isn't, the market seems to like the deal!
