re: Ann: Ingenia strengthens its Lifestyle Pa... If you look at some of the CEO presentations it talks about average price for the developed unit being around $250k with a development profit of 40%. There was also an article in the AFR about 9 months ago which talked generically about the sector which included a quote of $120k profit per unit.
Also if you look at the half yearly results and presentation you will note a development profit of $0.5m on the sale of 5 units. Admittedly 5 is not a very large sample but would indicate that $100k per unit is achievable. Whether it continues that way if they are selling 240 a year is another question.
