re: Ann: Ingenia Targets Accretive Growth Wit... I don't think they really have a choice about diverting that money to NZ - seismic upgrade is not an optional extra in post-Christchurch quake NZ!
The tones of the ann about NZ don't sound good, it sounds like they only really had that one interested buyer, and it fell through due to the continued lack of capital availability.
Better for them to do this work that needs to be done, keep operating the NZ assets and wait until they have another good offer. It is a very difficult market and management have done a great job in biding their time until a bid comes in that's at a premium to NAV.
