Yep, I understand there are regulatory restrictions but there are still plenty of investors who are not covered by the regulations who will take positions ahead of changes to an index. That said, I agree with you that recent volumes don't look high enough to suggest there is a lot of that going on with ING so I'm hoping you're correct that the share price is yet to respond to the inclusion.
