Well that's an interesting spin on it
The Company announced on 1/2/19 that it had exercised in full it's option under Tranche 2 confirming that $100,000us has been paid and remaining $2.9m would be paid "Post Haste" (Waiting confirmation of nominated Directors and new Bank account!!

I have not seen confirmation that it has been paid but they can't just hold off until they wish to convert!
It is also interesting that CDX have the option to convert the exercised Tranches at their discretion and InHealth have no right of redemption.
You would think a major contract for inHealth would certainly be material to CDX as the value of the 40% holding recognised in the Con Notes would be far more valuable?? View attachment 1607368
It has always been hard to get a handle on InHealth as we have never been provided with any financial info on that Company. Any mention has always just been followed by a general statement like - involved in $40b global telehealth industry or similar.
Anyway, all a bit strange imo.......
