I don't think that outsourcing as perception is a big a deal at this point in time.  People are comfortable with it now (not that they have a choice).  I'm sure all of the security procedures and the private data cable are comforting enough for clients.

If Intiger are going to release the number of clients using the service - it would be excellent to see a sharp rise upwards this quarterly.  Not that I am relying on it but it's a nice possible.

Agree @HAC30 that there certainly will be dinosaurs - those that are well fed, will have little motivation to switch, but those that are feeling the pinch or those that are forward thinking are the ones who are most likely on the previously mentioned waiting list to use Intiger's services.
