Agree 100% with everything you have said. There's a gap in the market for a service that does it efficiently where planners can rely on the service with conviction.
If they can prove that's them, I'll be investing. I just think it's going to take a lot longer to gain said traction knowing how much the industry hates change (we need to be forced by legislation to change just about anything).
