re: Ann: Initial allotment under entitlement ... Correct me if I am wrong, but in a 1 for 1 entitlement offer doesn't the underwriter pick up any shares under the entitlement that aren't picked up by the shareholders?
I would wonder how anyone could get additional securities other than their entitlement
