re: Ann: Initial Coal Resource of 339Mt at Hi... ekman - you asked about the coal quality
From the previous ann's:
"Confirmed that the Hinton East coal seams demonstrate lateral stratigraphic and coal quality continuity and that the raw in situ coal is classified as being a low sulphur, High Volatile bituminous C thermal coal
Take a gander at the chart of prices based on coal quality
Cant seea downside here.
I trawled thru the previous posts and got this from gmc (thanx)
"Info from my broker is that JORC coal is valued between 60 and 80c a tonne. I dont know where 250mt came from but if that is correct ( and I really hope so ) XEN would be valued at $150 million. I have heard speculation of 100 - 150 mt and I would be happy with that. Either way XEN will be at much higher multiples than currently if the JORC is around these figures.
The way I look at it is
JORC - 100mt - $60 million = sp of 30c +
- 150mt - $90 million = sp of 45c +
- 200mt -$120 million = sp of 60c + etc
These are my views and thats why I have invested heavily in XEN. Please correct me if Im wrong."
I's a happy chappy.
XEN
