I think this is a wrong example. The people that decline mammos are generally being screened for cancer.
these people have had cancer. To determine with more accuracy that their cancer has come back? I think the majority would take the extra day scanning so that something is picked up at a much earlier time than wait til it progresses where treatment becomes much more compicated.
