As you have asked I'm happy to provide my opinion.
I read the prospectus, read about the previous ownership, researched.

In summary it looks like the projects have failed multiple times in the past, previous owners went into administration, Rescap ended up with assets then package them up to float under a new company. If you research you will find the details.

Before researching I expected the market cap to double based on silver calcs so I was very in favour of this stock. The gold intercepts were exceptional.
