The reason for previous failures are not present in the current climate. The year 2002 is far more applicable today then say 2012. Plenty of miners failed with poor commodity cycle timing. This project at the very least has impeccable timing (if nothing else) going for it. But as you said the drill results alone are outstanding, let alone a new commodity cycle.
