Look at the figures in the Prospectus page 59 and the Independent Technical report on Page 359.

Phase 1 produce 22000-24000 oz gold from open pit mine at Mt Boppy over 12 months.
Operating cost is estimated at $90.85 per tonne and at $A 2500 oz net cash flow is $90 per tonne producing $29 million cash flow (obviously more at current gold price of $A2670).
That is enough to pay off $US 14 million core debt.
During Phase 1 explore Mt Boppy (high yields found in first drill holes) and Wonawinta silver deposit.

Phase 2 process Wonawinta silver stockpile of 1161000 oz (worth around $A40 million at current silver price). Nothing I can see on likely costs.

Phase 3 mine shallow silver resource at Wonawinta from 1Q 2022.

That suggests gold production is just being used to repay loan and finance exploration before switching to silver production.

Present plan is to use mill after 12 months to produce silver from Wonawinta stockpile and then open pit silver mine. So silver not gold is main game.

Presumably what actually happens after Phase 1 processing gold will depend in part on exploration results and gold/silver prices at time. Really a low risk way of getting mining underway and refurbishing the plant. Exploration will be the key with metal prices in determining longer term profitability.
