I am not sure how he gets that low a cost of $15 per ounce for the silver stockpile. At $50 per tonne for silver that I estimate above the cost per ounce is $22 at the grade of 70gt. Still a good margin given silver price is $37 per ounce. He does say remove haulage and mining costs which I did above. I cannot find any cost estimates in the independent report for the silver stockpile. I may be missing something if processing cost is less for silver than for gold.
The independent report does provide data on mining silver on pages 326 of the prospectus and it has a cost of $25.20 per tonne, including by-product credits. The silver resource grade is quoted as 45 gt which is 1.5 ounces per tonne which implies a cost of $17 per ounce and so comparable to Karp's estimate of $15 per ounce for silver.
Agree on gold cash cost which prospectus has at $1250 per ounce.
