I suspect he held at least 1m shares a year ago when he got the call to do something and topped up before the EGM .

On that basis I suspect he has stumped around $1m of his own cash to hold that level of shares , and to use his experience and energy to try turn the PPX and PXUPA fortunes around for all holders .

Very surprised we have not seen any additional director notices over the last week after the directors window re opened after the results came out and the US director bought $15000 worth .

NO buying form the current CEO , Harry Potter or my choice as a new chair Clark .
