    - They get an extra $2,760,000 to toss in the kitty alongside the 1,573,511, they had at the end of the June quarter.
    - They have some great assetts both here and in Canada
    _ The Canadian operations are covering their expenses
    - They have the Rock Creek and Duvernay land sale waiting to be settled for 14.2 million

    Yet they cant get above .04 which equates to a market cap of roughly $16 million.

    Are Warro and all the Canadian assets, that will be left after the $14.2 million sale, worth nothing?
