I am a little confused. The notice of the leadership change advises that Mr. Beard is Executive Chair of our major shareholder but his Director's interest notice advises that he has Nil interest in securities of which he is not the registered holder. It doesn't take much to confuse me but I would have thought that he would have had a fair interest in HGL's holdings.
