It's not all accrued for again.
For the recent HY, there was $200k in fees plus additional $100k in WC loans.
Some shell directors take shares in lieu of salary to save cash. They're taking neither and are waiting for a deal.
Would prefer smaller but the amount is not overly unreasonable in this day and age.
Hopefully a deal soon.
