He was giving two points to the argument one in favor (which was moderated) and one against.
Intel also sees value in SNN that's why Loihi was developed.
Currently, IBM, Intel, and Brainchip will be the three leading horses in the race.
Since IBM and Intel want to delve deeper into research before commercializing, this could be Brainchip's limited golden time to have contracts signed.
If I don't see any sales eventuating by early 2021, I'll see that as a missed window of opportunity and opt-out.
