My take on this latest Director is very good. Reason is I can bet BRN management have already had many offers to be taken over and they want a Director (on the Board) who is very experianced in these matters and can advise the BoD about (how to hold at arms length) dealing with these offers and when to consider a particular offer and why.
This person also needs to have very intimate knowledge of BRN and all its facets to be able to advise the BpD correctly.
Its a good sign his appointment. Shows maturity from management about their current & future position.
It also means that BRN is successful, Akida works and future business is expected and is now being anticipated by management.
It also means............36c is an absolute steal for a successful AI company called BRN.
We can anticipate great profits in the future!!
