    My point was that all shareholders with more than 5% of a ASX listed company need to separately disclose who they are and file further details every time their shareholding moves by more than 1% (or they fall below 5%). Yes, the holding of BNP Paribas was disclosed on the top 20 list but the identity of the beneficial owner(s) wasn't. If a beneficial owner has more than 5% (including through multiple shareholdings), my understanding is that they need to disclose who they are and what they hold.

    Here's a summary of the substantial holders from the 2022 annual report - no mention of Mr de Wit.
