In fact the CEO's legacy so far over the 13 years or so is to bring the SP from just below $4 to 0.5 cents (preconsolidation) and not to 10 cents. The later value is after consolidation. Not withstanding the $45 million dollars loss to the share holders and the destruction of the biotech arm of the company. I do not know any other CEO who has survived this much incompetence.
