This gent was a Director of IAB that within the last few years lost shareholders money when it went into liquidation.
That company was criticised by one 'HC' poster who referred to how at the time revenue per annum was around A$100 million yet IAB continued to be unprofitable.
At face value, whatever the other perhaps numerous skills individuals such as Mr Wayling may possess, this doesn't inspire, even though RDX continues to trade below its IPO price of A$2.55, which was at the low end of what had previously been suggested as the likely offer.
