Not silly enough to direct it at them but used sparingly in cross examination or an address on a witnesses credibility often saw it find it’s way into the decision. LOL
Some Judges however liked to use it towards those appearing and actually did not like anyone else using it but when the intervened in a cross examination to direct it at the witness you became very confident.
