Correction: 471,148 @ $2.12c via the form of a $1M loan.
Perhaps I should dig more into it? If by his appointment, the shares were issued as a loan then that means they're still escrowed 12 months from now. He won't be able to sell those higher cost units but he still has several enough of a holding to offset some of that.
I guess a closer dig into the Annual Report will give me the info I need.
Nonetheless it all looks like plenty of supply at higher costs so I can't really see something significant short term to change these facts.
Also if what you say about Medipass issuing the shares in 2021 when share price was in the mid $3's, I suspect it's still a bad taste to TYR share price if cashing out at highs with cheaper shares issued was the play.
Regardless we will find out soon how much downside is left on TYR as it tried hard to clear $1.39's, then failed at $1.34's and now we see breaching of $1.30
Shortsellers went from 1M units to now a little over 3M shares short. Regal certainly been adding, selling their longs and shorting the stock. Ballers
