Seems generous - exercise price of 17.6 cents and 5 years (2028) to achieve it ....
At least the new CEO will be able to make drastic changes and blame the previous one without looking bad even though he has come from within the company - not saying he will but the perfect opportunity now exists IMO ..... less than a month to go until another biotech receives an FDA answer on GVHD and I betting if that is positive Kelly can pull the CYP proposed trial and apply the funds from the recent CR elsewhere ?
Still some uncertainty around what Ross will do with his shares I guess so that might keep a lid on this until further news is released ?
