Looks like PRG acting like a Perth based outfit....the slide in the SP in the past week would suggest plenty of people knew this news was coming.
Interesting to see the numbers around the marine business. Bringing the 2 businesses together, excluding Saipem work that SKE had previously (which was always finite in duration) is producing a small profit, much smaller than would be expected even with the oil price decline. Does this mean the PRG marine business is losing money and the SKE marine business is offsetting this? That would account for the rush to sell the vessels that the SKE business previously owned.
