Come on dude. He will get shares no doubt from the usual generous remuneration proposals and apathetic shareholder voting, but its a job ultimately. Do you buy shares in companies you have joined in the past? I only ever got given them personally.
Rather than buying, at this end I am grateful if they are not at least selling their freebies....and if they are....
