Once approvals have been achieved, THEN you can proceed to the next step, which then allows for regulatory approvals, market/patient access, patient outcomes and commercial outcomes. Coming back to this particular thread, which discusses this particular director's initial interests, that's exactly it - director's INITIAL interests. Does that really surprise anyone that she doesn't have any holdings to disclose at the beginning of her tenure? However, as per ASX rules (Rule 3.19A specificially), there is a requirement to disclose those holdings upon commencement of her tenure as a director. I do agree that I'm hopeful she develops personal direct holdings to develop 'skin in the game' also.
