Sorry, but I thought another CR was a given, they are literally days away from having to pay back WHSP and dont have the cash. So a deal to raise capital, via debt or equity, is a must. The question is will this happen and what does it look like? The company is currently trading at about 1/3rd of their net assets, this assumes:
- Risk of insolvency
- Dilution at basement prices to resolve the above risk
Anything that is not that, is good news.
