I think it is the opposite, that is it is a bounce off an extreme exodus and SP drop, although I have thought that a few times now... I mean in reality it depends on what the recapitalisation looks like. However, right now, it is a liquidity issue rather than total balance sheet issue for EOS. Net assets are almost 3 times the market cap, even net current assets are almost 1.5 times... So the current price has factored in the risk of a huge amount of equity being given to WHSP or worse, insolvency. Anything other that that would see a re-rate to the recapitalised net assets (less market assumed restructuring costs). Once all that nastiness is done, the shorters have nothing left to gain and will cover (no short squeeze there will be plenty of stale holders sellling to them). Once the register has rebalanced and EOS converts the contract asset the SP will stablise. Hopefully this will be followed by optimism and earnings growth, if EOS can manage to ever win another contract). That last IF is a big one, maybe EOS is out competed and the backlog dries up without the pipeline converting. If that is the case then, yes, another pump and dump is the best we can hope for...
