BG definitely needs to go. He made a position for himself and retains a 700K salary. I’d be interested to see a role charter outlining his responsibilities, and whether there are any performance measures (undoubtedly no).
The reality is nothing has changed other than the cash. Things aren’t being delivered and no new contracts are coming.
