    A token action by Zhang to put someone on the board with only 700k shares. And furthermore another Chinese national with questionable credentials.

    Likely ASX questioned co as to why no 3rd board member had been appointed after 6 months of being in suspension.

    Interesting now to see how ASX views the co's submission re when re-listing should occur.
