1. He cannot buy on market without violate insider trading rule. There is very small window for director to buy on market: after release of annual report, open for few weeks.
2. CR only for institutional investor. He sit on other side of the deal, cannot buy.
3. Share purchase plan is only for current holder. He is not a current holder.
4. It is recommended for director to hold some of the company share, they often buy a small holding during open window, just wait and see.
5. Most director get share via payment and bonus.
6. Buy share of company you get pay with your own money is a silly investment, you can get it cheaper via pay package, better tax too, also, why put all egg in same bag?
