Nah couldnt find anything more up to date than the Annual report T20. But with all the buying the Dir have done they will all be T20 now.
Recent buys:
EP - 158k shares @~$1.08 = $171k on 27/11/17
EP - 192k shares @~$1.05 = $206k on 24/10/17
EP - 247k shares @~$1.06 = $261k on 23/5/17
PM - 300k shares @ ~$1.04 = $312k on 20/10/17
DW - 50k shares @ $1.04= $52k on 24/10/17
So in the last 6 months the 3 Dir above have shelled out $1,000,000 for shares on market and in the last month alone was $750k of that at about $1.05 average.
Currently:
Edouard Peter 650,000 shares, 50,000 oppies (plus his holding through Dux vineyards etc)
Peter Mitchel 310,000 shares, 450,000 oppies
Dirk Wiedmann 50k shares, 880,000 oppies
Note that from all of this you can see that they bought the vast majority of their holdings in the last month
Seems pretty smokey to me.
