Ann: Initial Director's Interest Notice - Wei, page-3

The 20.51m ( refer 24th March Top 20) was listed in the Euroz Report as a holding for " Mr Zuliang Park Wei & Mrs Bao Hong Zhang. No mention of a "Super Fund" in the entry. Was it a typo error?

So now that Super holding has been reduced. I suspect shares transfered to Bonbacare and not Topwei Two which continues to hold 46.4m.


Wonder also why in todays disclosure it not mentioned that he is a director of Bonacare P/L ( 27m March list) which holds a substantial holding in Lindian?

Bonacare had 27.34m Lindian shares in March. The Euroz August Lindian Report shows that it now has 6.1% which equates to around 69m shares. I assume a transfer of stock has taken place from Mr Wei's Super Fund. Why??
