    money is leaving because ASX have said they will apply new backdoor listing rules from today for new backdoor listings that are announced after today

    this will affect AVD because AVD was in the oil business thus, unless they acquire/vend new oil projects, the rules will apply to them due to the change in nature of the business

    i don't understand the rules fully yet but the rules discourage backdoor listings
