OK, so we now have a new director, presumably to replace Andrew.
I presume they intend to add an option issue for him to the agenda at the coming meeting, on logic, instead of calling a separate meeting?
Same should apply if they hire a new tea-lady between now and the meeting.....
And once they have a tea-lady, and their options, could they please get together and do something for the benefit of shareholders?
