New Director appears to have already bought in significantly probably via the last placement.

Even though it seems the recent issue was at a very generous price (in retrospect), I guess part of the reason for the SP rise is that some of the new investors like the new Director are well worth having on board.

The new Directors background fits well with where Tectonic is at.
