These high level meetings that RAU's says they are having amount to NOTHING while the on-going ownership title lawsuit of Amayapampa is not resolved. This lawsuit was initiated in 1997. Vista Gold Corp. could not resolve it. (see VGZ Annual reports on it).

Now Republic Gold is not willing to address it.

A representative of one of the ayllus from the area publicly stated "that this title lawsuit needs to be resolved by the company [RAU]".

The reality is that Amayapampa will NEVER be a fully operational mine while this lawsuit is pending.
