I completely agree, the only reason I invested in the company was Dr Green and the UCG opportunities at hand. I am dumbfounded as to how a company can raise money for one purpose then change direction as to its use shortly after.

That said it was clear some time ago that UCG was put on the back burner, for the .2 cents an option paid I was happy to roll the dice and hope that the powers that be were able to turn it around.

As to the new Director's incentive I would hope to think it stands true, your Board room career is going to be quite shortlived if you only join struggling companies doomed to failure. If this is the case surely 1 year's Director salary is not worth the pain of administration and potential liability, not to mention the reputational damage.

I'm definitely not happy with the situation and agree we have been taken for a massive ride, regardless I still hold out hope that we will see 7 cents again.
