I guess you would be fooling yourself if you believed any director is in business to increase shareholders wealth.

Once in awhile you find a stock that has it all only to find directors wearing parachutes.

But ... this too will pass, the SP will climb, thanks to QE3 on the horizon.

It's been frustrating to watch the depth churn into the seventies just shortly after I bought the directors shares at $1.

Surely I will get smarter as the years go by.
