The next few weeks will be interesting if MST does relist on the ASX. As it is currently ASOF could aquire all the original shares at .001.
Im doubting ASOF will compulsorly aquire shares at .001 .
More likely IMHO there will be a consolidation or revaluation of some kind where the share value is less than it is currently. At which point a compulsory buyout of shares will take place.
For me there is no evidence to suggest otherwise. If the revenue from the previous rights issue went towards paying interest on the notes ,legal fees and company expenses, if
that is actually what happened then I cant believe personally that ASOF have shareholders interests for a
    future in Metal Storm. IMO
It is dissapointing that MST never did make any significant sales progress with a manufacturing contract that would have produced revenue.
I think there are a few here still in a state of denial of whats happened to MST and prospects ongoing. IMO
For example say one had 10 Million shares when there were about 5 Billion on issue . The company would have needed multi Million contracts to sustain a reasonable SP.
As it is now that 5 Billion shares represents only 5 percent of the total number of shares since ASOF have taken control of the company. IMHO
