    I would suggest TP is seriously qualified and experienced...are you suggesting then by inference TP doesn't know what he is doing? My experience with TP implies he doesn't operate hapazardly...at all...

    It is very apparent Wayne Phillips' appointment with all the incentive trimings is for very specific reasons...I would IMO suggest is industry wide contacts for one and big mine startups for two...IMO they are obviously gearing for a big ramp on production...looks good to me
