I can never understand how directors can't own a large amount of shares? Every board member should own 1 years salary of share used with their personal funds. Otherwise how can they be trusted?
If Mr. Simmons owned half his net worth, you be dam sure he'd be focus on the share price. Now he get's 100k+ a year for 20 days work and doesn't have a vested interest in the company's success.
