The Administrators/New Board are proposing a name change to Quantum Graphite.
Existing shareholders will be diluted to <12% of the company if existing shareholders agree to the deed of arrangement, Chimera will own ~80% with other creditors having ~8-10% of the company.

Then there will have to be a Cap Raise of some sort, further dilution to existing shareholders unless they participate. Would you put more money in?

They will also have to get the suspension lifted, possibly not an easy process given it is well over 12 months, how long do you think the share price will sit at 11.5c once it is relisted?


REM is irrelevant, our voice will be miniscule if we accept the Deed of Arrangement. The alternative? liquidation and even less money. We have done our money, no ifs no buts.
