    VXL is becoming an unlisted private company so there will be no return to the ASX once the final shares are compulsorily acquired under ASX TO rules. The dilution is aimed at reducing ordinary shareholders to the threshold of compulsory acquisition. The value to holders is likely to be very low sub 1 cps I would think.
