    Would be very careful on what you can and cannot do regarding delisting. Check out KDL did a rights issue that raised 2 million two weeks ago and announced yesterday that they are delisting due to being to expensive to remain on ASX . Share priced halved and the poor peeps that bought at 2 cents in rights issue are basically left with half the money they invested if that . I hope VXL does not try the same stunt and I agree 1 cent is better then nothing. Good Luck and DYOR
