Either way, at this point any option valuation is essentially a theoretical exercise which is largely irrelevant. The reality is, this deal has managed to (effectively) clear the register of 2 disgruntled former major shareholders, who have recently served to mainly disrupt any progress. And instead we now have a board position filled by someone with the experience, contacts, and importantly motivation to finally develop an extremely valuable asset.
