    I agree. What are the performance hurdles? It's more transparent when they issue options, say, 5m oppies at an exercise price of 60c. We then see the perf hurdle is aligned with shareholders and the company get's some benefit when/if they are exercised. We cop the dilution but we get $3m in the tin.
    I hate this free share bullshit.
